Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are shown during checkout and may vary by destination, carrier, product availability, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
Orders may arrive in separate packages when items are fulfilled by different suppliers. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address; additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us at info.frithaven@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery before returning an item. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Do not send a return without receiving instructions from our support team.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is reviewed.
